A: We ship anywhere in the world (see below for legality issues) and we ship all products confidentially. You will receive your product in a simple, plain, nondescript package without our company name on it. If your order is large, we may ship it in several smaller packages.

Q: I live in the United States. Where is my package being shipped from?

A: We ship domestically in the United States.

Q: Is it legal to purchase your products?

A: It depends. Laws are different in every country. For instance, for our United States customers, some of products are legal to purchase and some of our products may not be legal. We recommend you consult a qualified lawyer concerning the laws of your country. We do not recommend ordering illegal products as you should respect the laws of your country.

Q: Are you legitimate and do I need a prescription to purchase your products?

A: We are a licensed company that has been in the business since 1997.  A prescription is not required to make a purchase.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: This depends on your shipping address, product ordered, and shipping method. Many of our products ship within 3 business days from when we receive your payment. 

Q: What is the smallest and largest order I can make?

A: There is no minimum order with any IP items. There is a $250 minimum order for QV and Denkall items. There is no maximum order.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We have changed our shipping policy as of 9/6/2004. From now on, shipping is a flat $10 for all orders.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes and do I need to sign for my package?

A: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and no, you do not need to sign for your package.

A: No, please use another address.
